The copper textured picture is 6 in tall and 4.5 in in diameter at the top the overall diameter is closer to 5.5 in. The picture is copper but the handle is not. The original companies trademark is still on the bottom and the pot was originally made in India. It does have one indent on the side on the bottom of the pot.
