🛍️ Available Vendor Spots
- Inside Booths – $25 Tables provided ➕ $10 additional for electricity
- Canopy Booths – Free - Tent not required ➕ $10 additional for electricity
- Tent Booths – Free - Bring your own tent
- Food Trucks – $35
- All payments are due upon acceptance. An invoice will be sent to the email listed on the application. Spots are not reserved until payments are processed or a verification email has been sent.
Flightline Markets Vendor Application Instructions

- Please fill out the vendor application in full and return it to Flightline Markets by email or regular mail.
- Submit Photos
- Include clear photographs of the items you plan to sell along with your application (email or mail).
- Booth Placement
- We will do our best to place you in your preferred booth location. However, please note that specific placement cannot be guaranteed.
- Acceptance Notification
- You will receive an email notification as soon as possible regarding your acceptance.
- To ensure variety, Flightline Markets limits the number of vendors offering similar items.
- Follow‑Up
- If you have not received a response within two weeks, please call us at (337) 522‑1199 to verify that your application has been received
- Refund Policy
- Please note that refunds are not available.
✅ Please arrive on time for set‑up. All booths must be set up and ready to sale items at 9 am.
✅ Booth placement requests will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.
✅ Flightline Markets reserves the right to limit vendors with similar items to ensure variety.
